A London man convicted several times of aggravated sexual assault for failing to inform his partners he has HIV has been released from prison and plans to live in the city, police say.
Edward Kelly, 39, has been convicted of sexual assault five times, often after using the Internet to date women, London police said.
He will be released from custody Saturday.
Because his sentenced has been served in full, he cannot be bound by parole conditions, police said.
But at a hearing Sept. 5, Kelly was put under an order allowing police to monitor his activities.
Police said they will not release Kelly's address.
He is described as white, 6'4?, abougt 218 lbs., with receding brown hair and blue eyes.
