They should atleast tatoo a red "X" on his forehead, it's not easy I'd-ing a HIV positive offender without a clue.

If he does it again can we use him for target practice? I think a marker would be easier, no?

Ya that would probably work for sexual encounters, the branding shows everyone what an idiot you are and covers everything from sneezes to a bleeding toe.

But really is there not something usefull we could do with him, not like he's gonna have much of a life as it is. might as well be a lepar (??) as work and regular life will be a PITA for this guy.

I wouldn't be suprized if he tried a repeat of his last escapade after living under the magnifiing glass for a few months. Angry people do stupid things, or is it stupid people doing angry things???

Does anyone else find it strange that in cases like these the perpetrator is charged with "sexual assault". Shouldn't it just be assault or maybe even attempted murder? I mean the sexual acts themselves were not forced. It doesn't seem logical to categorize this crime as sexual.
