i just talked to lollita, she was robbed at knifepoint yesterday. they set her up on an outcall. she showed up at the appartment building and the robbers let her into the lobby then jacked her at knifepoint. got her phone but not much else as she didnt have any money on her.

Thank you Mr clean I appreciate the warning. Be careful ladies and be smart. It's getting to be a pretty scary world. What I'm scared of is if this new bill passes where are we going to go for help if something happens. :(

Perhaps you could suggest to her to contact one of the girls here and give them the info to post on the girls forum. I would just post the address right on the main board myself, to help non-advertisers as well, (seeing how the info would be coming from a non-advertiser).

she got an outcall to 403 commisioners w. got there, txted, was told to come in, buzzed, no answer, a mulatto couple opened the door for her then held her up, there were witnesses who called the cops. she talked to lorna bruce.

got a call from Lolitta, they think they caught the bastards based on the eyewitness descriptions. she has to identify in a lineup! Sounds like this pair jacked a couple different ******s. hope they have em!

I hope the lineup goes better than what I had to deal with. One year later and they only let me look at one picture at a time from an assortment in a flip book of more than 20 pictures with the two suspects mixed in. You get one chance at choosing as well. No backsies or second looks.

I know a classic TV lineup would be the best - the ability to see each person, their mannerism, ask one to step forward and look to the left etc but I completely understand the difficulties in arranging it.

Give the person all the pictures right of the bat and let them compare them.


It might sound simple - I'll see a picture and BANG I know who it is. Never is though.

You are not told how many pictures you will be looking at. You look at one, and if it is not the person (or the person you think) you go to the next. Sometimes the pictures are similar - sometimes different. As soon as you find who you think it is the subject the session ends. But if you were incorrect, or the actual person was the next picture you never get to see it. And in the time frame you are never sure if they changed their appearance.

Lay all the choices out right away - have the cop leave the room and let you lay em out from most likely to 100% not even close.
Appearances can be malleable. I left home for 5 months and when I came back to the airport as I approached my parents my mom pushed me aside looking for me. This happened the next year as well.


All joking aside - things have to be made easier for the victim, as well as doing the best to keep someone unrelated to the case getting nicked for it.

Two Men Charged After ******s Robbed: London Police

London Police have laid charges in connection with three alleged robberies of local ******s.

Investigators say the female ******s were targeted over the long weekend in three separate incidents. Officers say each of the women went to a different address in response to a reply to an online ad and one of the victims suffered minor injuries.

Investigators say two of the alleged incidents took place on Sunday, August 3rd, one at 10:53 a.m. and the other at 7:14 p.m. while the third alleged robbery was reported on Monday, just before midnight.

As a result of the investigation, London Police arrested and charged 22-year-old Thomas Lako and 20-year-old Amar Youssef, both of London, on Wednesday, August 6th. They each face the following counts under the Criminal Code of Canada:
?Robbery, contrary to section 343(b);
?Two counts of armed robbery, contrary to section 343(d);
?Two counts of assault with a weapon, contrary to section 267(a);
?Two counts of weapons dangerous, contrary to section 88(1); and
?Uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, contrary to section 264.1(1)(a).

Officers say Amar Youssef has also been charged with another count of uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, contrary to section 264.1(1)(a) and possess prohibited weapon, contrary to section 92(2) of the Criminal Code of Canada.

Investigators say they?re committed to providing a safe and secure community and feel it is important for women engaged in ****** services to be aware of these incidents.

A crime committed against any person is a crime, regardless of the person's "status". All persons are equal under the Criminal Code of Canada.

If a crime goes unreported then the whole system is messed up. It is our duty to report crimes to protect society.

Easier said than done in this industry.
I've had to plead with a lot of providers to call the police when they've had a problem. It's gotten better, but these ladies are never sure about their rights and are more afraid of LE then of criminals.
It hasn't helped with past sweeps by the police, using fear and intimidation to impose the will of the almighty, bible thumping moralists to chase them out of the business or the city.
However, I believe LE has finally figured out if they help the good ladies, then they will get the information needed to catch the bad ladies and the criminals that prey on this industry.
We've made a LOT of progress over the past few years, but that could all go down the toilet if our Federal Government keeps up with their bullshit.

This makes me angry.. if anyone thinks you can get away with ANY kind of assault just because of our occupation, you are sadly mistaken! Our little community is fiercely protective and we WILL go to the police. One way or another you will get what's coming to you!!

We are NOT targets, victims or objects for any non-consenting acts... and it might surprise you to know (just in case this isn't enough of a warning) that many of us are MORE than capable of defending ourselves..

Couple sentenced for shaking down London sex workers

Amar Youssef and Thomas Lako are like a local version of Bonnie and Clyde on a much smaller, vicious scale.

Instead of banks, they worked together to shake down local sex trade workers they knew would have lots of cash on hand and little incentive to report the crimes to police.

But modern technology ? namely the inner workings of a cell phone ? helped nab the young couple who robbed four ******s in August.

Youssef, 20, and Lako, 23, pleaded guilty to four armed robberies Thursday and were each sentenced to three years in prison.

Lako is an African immigrant with a Grade 10 education. Youssef was working at the Youth Opportunities Unlimited cafe and taking college courses when she plotted with Lako.

Assistant Crown attorney Tim Zuber relayed an agreed set of facts to Ontario Court Justice John Skowronski about the couple?s violent scheme played out last August.

Each time, Lako and Youssef would answer an online ad on an ******ing website called *************. The sex trade worker would receive a text message to meet the client at a London address.

One woman was invited to an Emery St. W. apartment. When she knocked on the door, no one answered.

She returned to her car and sent a text to the client. Just as she was closing the door, Lako grabbed it and Youssef climbed into the passenger seat.

?Don?t f---ing move. I need to delete the number,? Lako told the woman and grabbed her cellphone.

When she screamed for help and tried to run away, Lako punched her in the face.

The ****** got out of the car and ran across the street, while Lako and Youssef fled.

A witness called 911 and gave a description of the couple. The ****** had a black eye and swollen lip. Her cell phone had been stolen.

Lako and Youssef pulled the stunt once more that day and twice the next day.

The following day, Lako put a knife to an ******?s throat, threatening to stab her if she didn?t give up her purse.

When the ****** refused, Youssef piped up, ?Then f---ing stab her,? before Lako ripped the purse away, taking $500 ? much of it later recovered ? and her cell phone.

Another ******, who came forward later after reading about the robberies in the newspaper, was jumped while she smoked a cigarette outside her car.

Lako held a knife to the woman?s cheek and took $120, while Youssef took the woman?s phone, deleted the phone number and the text conversation. Then she gave the phone back.

The police tracked the couple by examining the hard copy of text messages sent between one ****** and the potential couple. The client?s phone number was associated with Youssef.

Lako was later identified through a photo lineup.

Both Lako and Youssef have prior criminal records. Lako?s defence lawyer Ko Bhamra said her client was apologetic, calling it ?desperate acts from desperate individuals.?

Youssef?s defence lawyer Marcia Hilliard said her client was remorseful. Youssef plans to continue her education while behind bars.

Only one of the ******s provided a victim impact statement.

Skowronski called the matter ?very troubling? and said he was aware he was ?sentencing two very young people to prison.?

He accepted the joint sentencing submission from the Crown and the defence.

Another case
?A sex trade worker received a text from a man who said he wanted to hire her.
?She went to an apartment on Commissioners Rd. and knocked on the door of a unit. There was no answer.
?Amar Youssef and Thomas Lako were in the elevator the worker took down to the main floor.
?The couple took her wallet containing $120 and her cell phone.
?Youssef put a knife to the woman?s stomach and said, ?Don?t be smart with me or I will stab you.?

Glad they are behind bars!

I saw Lolitta shortly after the incident she was involved in and she said she would continue to work and that it wouldn't stop her from what she intended on doing- though she would take measures to be even safer moving forward. I see she's now gone from EC.

Hope she returns at some point, I always enjoyed her company.

Edited my post so I don't offend anybody. It's just, to me at least, we've taken 400 years to get the country we love and cherish, and to have people come here and not abide by our laws or want to change thing to the way it was back home (honor killings, Sharah (?sp) Law), whatever, just burns my ass.

I think that there are a lot of emails that go around in an attempt to incite people about what immigrants are doing to our country and perhaps you get many of them. I know near me, alot of immigrants do the work that Canadian born people don't want to do, like work in feilds and greenhouses. My dentist is an immigrant practicing in rural Ontario to fill a void in our healthcare sytem. There are recruitment teams in all kinds of rural areas whose only task is to attract healthcare professionals to rural areas and they cant descriminate based on origin of birth or they will surely fail. Be careful about painting with such broad strokes. What if we start by sending back the cold blooded murderers of Officer Patrice Vincent and Cpl Nathan Cirillo last month.... oh wait, they are home.
