Just noticed a new lady on the companion side

Doing a little digging, it appears that at least one of the pictures is 'borrowed', and that same picture appears in a lot of different Twitter accounts (and little else)

Anyone has been in contact with Whitney?

These days, we have to be a bit more careful, go with who we can trust, and I hope that we can still trust paying advertisers!

I can't deny an ad request just because I don't know someone. That's not fair to any lady who is legitimately trying to earn a living. If I know for sure there is a real issue, then obviously I won't renew the ad.

Eventually, all advertisers are vetted by means of this forum and the members here. Unfortunately, I don't use the services of my advertisers so it's basically, caviat emptor until we have more information.

I had to find out what exactly was going on before I commented on that so I chatted with her about it. She didn't deny the fact and gave me a reasonable explanation.
She claims the photos "look like her". I will have to wait for the first reviewer to toftt to verify that.
She is a very private lady and very nervous about leaving a trail of bread crumbs that some malicious ass could follow and cause problems in her personal life. As with all advertisers, I respect her need for anonymity. Her only real mistake was not informing me of what she was doing. I'm not going to hold that against her.
She told me she is looking for a good photographer who can take some real photos while ensuring there is nothing identifiable in them.

As I always say, every advertiser eventually gets vetted on this website because you can't hide here. Thanks to Le_Slacker for bringing this to my attention.
Whitney's ad now has the disclaimer that she isn't using real photos.

I remember one long term former advertiser here used swimsuit model photos that she said looked like her as well. Which of course, didn't lol.

i have been chatting via email with her trying to arrange something.....Whitney did send me a photo ...the posted photos do look very similar..she has tats so would say the photo must be real....

if succesful will report back

She sent me real photos with a sign that said London Sugar, so I can verify her as looking like those posted photos.
I may even go so far to say better than those posted photos. :drool:
I also agree with her choice not to use the ones she sent me. She is working to get some usable pics.

If someone is too embarassed, or afraid to be recognized or fears the consequences, that's not someone that should be doing this!

as a professional photographer: stealing someone else's pics is a no-no... only fast food places should fool us with their "not quite as advertised" pics...

It is not a pic of me, and I've never made anyone believe it is

it is, however, a pic I took, and that legally belongs to me, not "borrowed" or being used under any false pretend

Whew! I'm really glad the fake pic issue had been resolved. I understand now cuz let's face it in this digital age it's really hard to get photos. And if a presumably hot blonde doesn't have professionally done pics you know guys won't be interested. Now when you meet her for coffee to discuss whether or not you are suitable for her what is the right etiquette for who pays? Btw my profile pic isn't really of me either.

Oh Puffy, stop being so negative and go buy her a coffee. If she turns you off you can just walk away without that awkward feeling of running out (or being tossed out) the door.
The lady knows how to take a selfie. She sent me 3 of them. :grin4:
However, I agree they shouldn't be posted as anyone who knows her personally would recognize her. Most of the advertisers here (and clients for that matter) look for discretion and anonymity. That's the first rule of Fun Club. The second rule of Fun Club is to obey the first rule.
Before we beat her up because she doesn't conform to our expectations of how someone should advertise their business, lets see how much fun she really is. If that's too much to ask, then you are probably not a client she wants to see anyway. Although, there is probably less chance of this girl standing you up......

I'm not going to shill a girl for a cheap $40 ad that doesn't even pay for the amount of time I've spent posting on this thread. However, I feel this girl deserves a chance to prove herself before we dump on her. I've dealt with hundreds of providers and she impresses me so far. Most would have said "fuck you and your board Gerald" and walked away. There are other places to advertise. Instead she took the time to explain herself to me, show me real photos and is trying to fix the problem. She had no intentions of deceiving anyone. She has earned my complete respect and support. That's not easy cause I am really an asshole at heart. :cool:

Well then I guess you re buying me a coffee, not looking to be negative Gerald but I'm sure youve deduced by now that I have no patience for fussy providers that want you to jump through hoops so they can have the upper hand and jerk you around.

I would much rather keep it simple and go heavy on the gratuity.

That does make the most sense for everyone

I don’t see the problem meeting before a visit for the first time. Shauna Aloha did it when she returned. We talked for like 30-45 minutes, then decided to go to the love nest ;) It works out good because if you don’t connect then you both go your separate ways.

As for the picture thing, best to say up front not as illustrated. Some ladies may have ink or a certain thing that separates them from others. People that use this board may say hey I know that person.

Her ad expires soon so we shall see if she renews it.
