I am a regular client of many service providers of LondonSugar, and I will say this as a big warning. Do not waste your time on contacting Ms.Lana. She is a no show. She has always has an excuse, and always last minute that she has to cancel the visit, this has happened to me several times. Yesterday she promised me 100% she’d be there today, after canceling the day before, then was a complete no-show without even contacting me.
I personally believe she has a lot of issues.
Again, a warning, do not contact her. Her mind is not stable.

Just wondering what you did to piss her off. I had a wonderful visit with her today at 12:30. I must have worn her out and she needed more time to recuperate. lol

As with Magoo and ontime, I have always enjoyed every moment I've spent with Ms. Lana.
Immaculate facility, coffee was spectacular, even took a few minutes before our 1st encounter to chat about how I like my (very) tasty beverage.

Well glad to hear I wasn’t the only one to get a no show. Booked ahead and confirmed that morning. Drove out of my way to visit just to get no answer at door. Never again.

I always wonder the same thing. After nothing but positive comments, you very seldom hear both sides of a negative one.

I don't dispute the OP's review, however the "Avoid" forum is for the worst of the worst and since Ms Lana has positive reviews, it's better to let the viewers decide for themselves.
As they say, there is always 3 sides to every story.

Sorry to see and read a negative review about a long standing well reviewed lady from here. I'm just going to put this out there for consideration...
Ms Lana did post in her schedule that she would be "less available" for the duration of the summer. As with all the ladies on here sometimes we forget that they have personal lives to deal with and that things do come up that can not be avoided. I know even for myself that sometimes something comes up unexpectedly and I have no time to contact anyone who I've made plans with to reschedule or say that I can not make that appointment or date. Life happens!!!
It can be disappointing and frustrating but I am sure she had a reasonable explanation for not making the appointment.

Holster your ego, buddy. If she did see me when she was supposed to, you wouldn’t have had your appointment that day to begin with. The next time you see her, ask her why she didn’t show with me.

As you mentioned, the women of London Sugar are just that, women, people, with lives, families, and indeed, sometimes shite happens.

We all, coffee providers, and connoisseurs of fine blends have hiccups in our schedules.
Sometimes it can't be avoided.
I tend to find a place where I very much enjoy the flavours offered, and become a regular visitor.
I've messaged within an hour of an appointment that I would unable to attend, due to work issues.
I've had providers do the same, whether it be their other work, family, health.
I get it, it sucks.
I really enjoy the different experiences available in our coffee dreams.
In fact, there was a time I no-showed an all-time favourite due to a family emergency.
I was able to connect a couple days later to apologize & explain myself.

She got it.

We moved on, like adults do.
I continued to see her until her retirement.

We review services, we don't judge people on their personal lives. This isn't twitter and you haven't been granted sainthood.

Hey kiddo....she could have been with me...I have seen her & she went above and beyond my expectations..a very enjoyable woman...if your behavior & tone on here are an indication of the way you are there may be a reason for the perceived cold shoulder and you're not the chick magnet you apparently think you are
