She's asking for a $100 gift card for first timers before accepting a booking and then wants the balance by etransfer or gift card before she will provide room number. Scam or is she just being extra cautious?
Any advice?

Hell, she just needs 10 suckers and there is an easy $2,000 without ever doing a thing.

I'd stick to the ladies who run a "professional" business.
If you want to take risks, try skydiving. lol

well it appears now, that her request for the prepaid is off the advt that I read at least....

Toady, you've been a member a long time here... stick to gut reactions, if it smells fishy + the lady is not advt here.... why bother. maybe different if she advt here & LL, like others
the current advt reads like she is not even here, all online too btw

the ladies who I meet via Gerald's LS have always been great to spend time with.

You're so right! and looks like she's gone -- likely with a lot of gift card dollars without having to invest in a coffee pot!
