I was wondering that myself today as I drove around. I’m guessing it’s in the third stage

We should be getting into step 2 in a couple weeks of the 3 step opening so the parlours and strip clubs should be able to open with restrictions.
I have EA's paid-for ad on hold so as soon as they give me the green light, I will repost it.

Curios how many new ladies will be on shift as well. Still exiting to be meeting some k e new for the first time. I’ve seen a few advertisements for EA ladies that are now solo, so expect some turn over.
