Carmen (I think she used to go by Carmine) is super fun! I needed a GFE and she gave it. She chatted with me regarding my current issues and showed genuine care. When it came to making me feel better, she didn't disappoint! Carmen is a great person, and her ability to make a person feel heard and cared for is top-notch. She went above and beyond to make me feel MUCH BETTER about my current situation. Definitely a keeper.
