Basically it means you can't purchase sexual services legally any more. However, since there are only two of you in the room that knows what is going on, you just have to be careful not to book an undercover cop.
Although, it has been business as usual so far other than the changes here because I can't advertise providers of any sexual services (including a simple hand release). Those types of providers no longer advertise here.
