I used to not respond if some time had passed (if say, I was in a multi hour session, of which I have many), but now I just respond anyway. I figure people are much more on top of their game these days. This being said, I do try to avoid the supper hour as I still have some vestigial anxiety over destroying someone’s life.

Don’t know if I totally agree with Gerald about not booking over an hour for a first visit. I’ve taken many 1.5-2 hour bookings from first timers and never had a problem, but his thinking might not be a bad idea for you as a client.
After all, YOU have to click with us too, although we’re all pretty nice around here! :)
