Default Hotels & security cams

How do you all feel about hobbying in hotels, especially with the much increased presence of security cameras over the years? Have you decided to lessen your use of hotels? Do you prefer going to providersí directly? Since Iím newly back (been gone for more than 10 years) my mind is racing with the prevalence of ďbig broĒ and trying to navigate whether hobbying out of town might be preferred.

Unless it's your wife working at the hotel or you are visiting an "unverified" provider, you have nothing to worry about.
If they start installing cams in the rooms, then you have something to worry about.

Where would you visit providers directly that you can be assured of no security cameras? An apartment building? You'll see security cameras there just as sure as hotels. An agency/massage parlour? I've never been but they'd be crazy not to have cameras in the lobby at least, even if they're not in plain view. A house? Better hope the neighbours don't have a Nest cam or similar watching for package thieves, they're pretty common nowadays.

Easier and more likely than you'd think.
