If you have changed your email address since registering to the board, please ensure you update your user account.
I often get contacted by users who forgot their password and can't get into their user account because they no longer have the email they registered with.
I can't just grant access to an account because you tell me it's yours. I have no idea who you are. You could be an angry wife or girlfriend trying to con your way in.

Just be careful changing your email address because if you make a mistake, you will completely lock yourself out of your account creating the problem this warning is trying to avoid.
When you change your email address on your account, a verification email will be sent to your new email address. Your account will be closed until you click on the link inside that verification email.
